Returns Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of ship date.

All sale items, hats & beanies, socks are final sale and cannot be returned.

Damaged/defective products must be reported within 30 days of ship date. 

Return items must be in same as new condition. HØNR reserves the right to reject returns if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the customer is attempting to return worn items.

US Customers

Email info@zerohonr.com for a prepaid return shipping label.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, but shipping is free for returns within the US. Although HØNR covers the return shipping charges, there is a $5 restocking fee on each order returned.

 

International Customers

Details

Returns are credited to the same method of payment used to make your purchase. At this time, we are unable to process exchanges or store credit. If you need a different size, color or style, please place a new order and return the original item.

Please allow 2 weeks for refund to be processed.

If a return is received after 30 days or does not otherwise meet the requirements of our return policy it will be returned to the return address listed on the package.
